There could be many times when you feel distracted and demotivated. But, in all of that, we still need to stay calm. However, we can't stay calm all the time and that’s also fine, I think so. Obviously, we all are human beings and are full of emotions and struggles through many ups and downs of life, career, relationship, money, health and lot more. And, staying positive in every damn situation might not be possible. So, I believe that it's okay to get demotivated. It's okay to feel down. It's okay to feel depressed.
But, it should be for a while. We all should learn to find a way to get out of this feeling and move forward on our journey.
